The overall phyla composition of individual dust samples from the bed, play area, and sofa of allergic and non-allergic subjects. The individual dust samples were grouped based on their location, followed by allergic status on the X-axis, and relative abundance on the Y-axis. The bacteria phyla with average relative abundance of > 7% across all samples or > 10% in at least 1 sample were represented. The dust samples contained primarily of Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and Planctomycetes
