Aqueous birch pollen extracts decrease LPS-induced Delta like-4 on protein level. Dendritic cells were stimulated for 24 h with medium, LPS (100 ng/ml) or LPS + APE (10 mg/ml). Cells were stained with anti-CD1a and anti-Dll4 antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry.
