NC, negative control group; pollen, rats sensitized and challenged with 0.5 mg of pollen; unwashed PCGs, rats sensitized and challenged with 4.5 × 107 unwashed PCGs; washed PCGs, rats sensitized and challenged with 4.5 × 107 washed PCGs.
