Physician question: Which medication or medications* do you prescribe as first-line treatment for: 1) mild intermittent asthma; 2) mild persistent asthma; 3) moderate persistent asthma; and 4) severe persistent asthma? *Physicians could provide more than one medication as a first-line treatment for each severity of asthma.
