Effects of IL-17A and TNF- α on MIP-3 α /CCL20 mRNA expression by nasal polyp fibroblasts. Cells were stimulated with IL-17A (10 ng/mL) and TNF-α (10 ng/mL), alone and in combination, for 10 hours, and real-time PCR was performed.
